Camp can be for everyone
RVRN partners with CedarS Camps to offer a unique experience for school-aged children with special needs.
2023 Program Dates:
CedarS Session 1.1 June 11 – 17
Eligible Participants:
School-aged children (up to early 20’s)
Tuition:
$2000/youth camper and $700/parent (Generous financial assistance is available—up to the full cost of tuition and travel.)
Includes A/C room with two twin beds and a private bathroom for a camper and parent to share.
CedarS Camps Purpose:
To give each camper an appreciation of spiritual sense and an abundance of wholesome, joyous activity.
About CedarS Camps
CedarS is ideally situated in beautiful Ozark Hill Country atop an “uplifting plateau” over 1,000 feet higher than the surrounding plains. The Ozarks are blessed with spring-fed streams for canoeing and fishing, caves for exploring, lakes for skiing, and wooded hilltops for hiking and horseback riding. I didn’t know how it would go, but my daughter was really engaged the whole time! She loved the games and silliness. And it was fun to see her doing new things and connecting with the other Christian Science campers.

- Adapted activities include a tour of Bible Lands Park, horse experiences, pool experiences, crafts, sports, and nature lessons
- Evening activities include hymn sings, testimony meetings, campfire s’mores, and field games
- After bedtime, parents can enjoy an hour up at the Lodge with other adults, while staff stay with your child
- We will work with each family to ensure your meal needs are met. A variety of kid-friendly foods will be offered.
